What are your hours of operation?
We are open Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm. We do make custom orders for delivery or pick up on Sunday and Monday and outside of regular business hours

How much notice do you need? Will you do rush orders?
We normally need at least 2 weeks notice for any custom orders. We try our best to accomodate everybody. If we have time available, we will definitely make every effort to fit you in.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and debit. Please note, we do not have a portable debit/credit machine.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A non refundable $50 deposit is required to confirm your custom order. The remaining balance is due either upon delivery or pick up.

If I have a picture of a cake design I like, will you be able to make the same one?
We take pride in all of our custom and unique cake designs. We will certainly use the photos you provide for inspiration for your design, but we cannot fully duplicate another bakery´s work. We guarantee that the design we come up with for you will be just as good if not better than your inspiration photos

What is your delivery policy?
We deliver all custom orders within a 1 hour promise window and we require the exact delivery address no less than 1 week before the order is due. We will only deliver orders that are $100 or more.

Do you offer tastings/consultations?
Yes we do! We set up 30 minute meetings by appointment only at 103-306 6th Street in New Westminster. We charge a $30 fee for the tasting and consultation. If you are interested in setting up a meeting please email us at [email protected] .

How do you attach your fondant and gumpaste designs to your cakes?
For the most part we attach our designs using water as glue. Sometimes for the bigger pieces we attach them using push-pins, wooden skewers and metal wires.

Do you have a storefront where I can purchase cupcakes?
Yes we do! At our New Westminster bakery we offer a wide range of delicious cupcakes and our flavors change daily. On special occasions and holidays we also have other treats available like small cakes, mini cupcake packs, and "Cake in a Jar"
